The ATS277A-P-B is a latching hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of -70mT and a typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 75mT. It operates over a temperature range of -20 to 85°C and has a maximum output current of 400mA. The device is supplied with a maximum voltage of 20V and a minimum supply voltage of 3.5V. It is available in a 4-pin SIP package.
