The BC857A-7 is a PNP bipolar junction transistor with a collector-emitter voltage maximum of 45V and a maximum collector current of 100mA. It has a gain bandwidth product of 200MHz and a maximum power dissipation of 300mW. The transistor is packaged in a small outline SOT-23 package and is available in quantities of 3000 on tape and reel. The operating temperature range is from -65°C to 150°C. The device is not RoHS compliant.
