The BYY57A-200 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a minimum operating temperature of -50°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and a maximum reverse current of 250uA. The diode is designed for press-fit mounting and has a peak non-repetitive surge current of 900A.
