
The FMMT458 is a NPN bipolar junction transistor with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 400V and a maximum collector current of 400mA. It is packaged in a small outline SOT-23 package and is suitable for surface mount technology. The transistor has a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The FMMT458 is RoHS compliant and is available on cut tape.
