24-bit, 3-function bus exchanger featuring multiplexer and demultiplexer logic. This CMOS integrated circuit offers true outputs with a 0.25ns propagation delay and 5.2ns turn-on delay. Operating from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply range, it provides ±120mA high/low level output current and 15Ω on-state resistance. Designed for surface mount applications in a BQSOP-48 package, it operates between -40°C and 85°C.
