This simple reset/power-on reset IC monitors a single voltage and provides an active high reset signal when the supply voltage falls below the undervoltage threshold of 3.01V or rises above the overvoltage threshold of 3.15V. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is packaged in a surface mount TO-261-4 package. The IC is available in tape and reel packaging and is not RoHS compliant due to the presence of lead.
