Housed in a 6-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package with concave side leads, measuring 7mm x 5mm x 2mm (Max) with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Suitable for surface mounting and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
