This ceramic surface mount device (CSMD) is designed for 3.3V operation, with a supply voltage range of 3.135V to 3.465V. The 6-pin package measures 7mm x 5mm x 2mm (Max) and supports a wide upper frequency range from 56.448 to 6500 MHz, operating between -40°C and 85°C.
