Operates with a 10pF load capacitance and a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 2.5V. Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package measuring 7mm x 5mm x 2mm (Max). Supports a supply voltage of 4.75V to 5.25V and operates across a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C.
