Operates with a 10pF load capacitance and a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5V. Supplied in a 4-pin metal DIP through-hole package with dimensions of 18.3mm x 11.7mm x 4.8mm. Designed for operation within a 4.75V to 5.25V supply voltage range and an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 70°C.
