Operates with a 10pF load capacitance and a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 2.5V. Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package with dimensions of 7mm x 5mm x 2mm (Max). Designed for surface mounting with a 3.3V operating voltage and a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C.
