Operates with a 15pF load capacitance and 60% maximum symmetry. VCXO supports tuning voltages from 0 to 3.63V and operates from a 2.97V to 3.63V supply. Housed in a 6-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, suitable for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
