Housed in a 6-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package measuring 5mm x 3.2mm x 1.3mm (Max) with a 1.27mm pin pitch. Supports a tuning voltage range of 0 to 3.63V and operates from a 2.97V to 3.63V supply. Suitable for surface mounting with a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range.
