Housed in a 6-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, suitable for surface mounting. Operates from a 2.97V to 3.63V supply and across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Tuning voltage range is 0 to 3.63V.
