Operates from a 2.375V to 2.625V supply and is housed in a 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm ceramic surface mount device (CSMD) package with 6 pins. Suitable for surface mounting with a pin pitch of 2.54mm, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
