Operates with LVCMOS output, 60% max symmetry, and a 15pF load capacitance. Encased in a 5mm x 3.2mm x 1.3mm (Max) ceramic surface mount device (CSMD) package with 6 pins. Supports a tuning voltage range of 0 to 2.625V and operates from 2.375V to 2.625V supply voltage across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
