Housed in a 6-pin Ceramic Surface Mount Device (CSMD) package measuring 5mm x 3.2mm x 1.3mm (Max). Supports a tuning voltage range of 0 to 2.625V and operates from a 2.375V to 2.625V supply. Suitable for surface mount applications with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
