Designed with LVCMOS output, 15pF load capacitance, and 60% max symmetry. Housed in a 6-pin CSMD ceramic surface mount package (7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm) with concave side leads. Supports a tuning voltage range of 0 to 2.625V and operates from a 2.375V to 2.625V supply. Suitable for 0°C to 70°C operating temperatures.
