The EPC9167HCKIT is a high-current reference design board for a 3-phase BLDC motor drive inverter, featuring the EPC2065 eGaN FET. This configuration uses two paralleled EPC2065 FETs per switch position to deliver up to 30 Arms (42 Apk) maximum output current. It operates with a wide input DC voltage range of 14 V to 60 V and supports PWM switching frequencies up to 250 kHz for motor drive applications.
