The RBV402 is a 4-element silicon bridge rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and a minimum operating temperature of -40 degrees Celsius. It has a breakdown voltage of at least 200 volts and a maximum reverse voltage of 200 volts. The diode is packaged in a 4-pin configuration and is suitable for use in a variety of applications.
