Operates with a minimum supply voltage of 3V and a maximum of 18V, supporting a bandwidth of 8MHz. This demultiplexer and decoder IC is designed for LCD displays and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Packaged in a 16-PDIP with a non-inverting polarity.
