The EPC2152 is a single-chip driver plus eGaN FET half-bridge power stage IC. It integrates input logic interface, level shifting, bootstrap charging, and gate drive buffer circuits along with eGaN output FETs configured in a half-bridge topology. The device uses EPC’s proprietary monolithic GaN IC technology to eliminate common source and gate drive loop inductance.
