The EPC90120 development board is a compact evaluation platform designed for the EPC2152 Integrated ePower Stage. It features a half-bridge configuration with a maximum device voltage of 80 V and a maximum output current of 10 A. The board measures 2” x 2” and includes all critical components and layout optimizations to achieve peak switching performance. It integrates on-board gate drives and provides probe points for waveform measurement and efficiency calculation. The platform is suitable for evaluating high-frequency DC-DC converters and motor drive applications using GaN technology.
