The EPC9065 is a high-efficiency, Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) differential mode class-D amplifier development board optimized for 6.78 MHz (lowest ISM band) operation, such as A4WP wireless power applications. The board features the 100 V rated EPC2007C eGaN FET and the EPC2038 (or EPC8010) synchronous bootstrap FET. It includes a built-in 6.78 MHz oscillator and can be configured to operate in either differential mode or single-ended mode. To support increased power handling, the board is equipped with two pre-mounted heat sinks and includes all critical components to simplify the evaluation of eGaN FETs in high-frequency power conversion systems.
