Housed in an 8-pin TSSOP lead-frame SMT package with gull-wing leads, measuring 4.5mm(L) x 3.2mm(W) x 1.05mm(H) with a 0.65mm pin pitch. Dual dual source configuration with a maximum power dissipation of 1500mW, operating from -55°C to 150°C.
