Packaged in a lead-free, plastic SOIC-8 surface mount with dimensions of 4.9mm (L) x 3.9mm (W) x 1.65mm (H). Suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C with a supply voltage range of 3.135V to 3.465V. RoHS compliant.
