The C30737LH-500-92C is a high-speed silicon avalanche photodiode (APD) designed for use in laser range finding and LIDAR applications. It is optimized for detecting signals at 905nm with a 500μm diameter active area and is housed in a ceramic leadless chip carrier (CLCC-6) package. It features high responsivity, fast rise and fall times, and low dark current for high-sensitivity optical detection.
