This CMOS logic IC offers a propagation delay of 9ns at nominal supply voltage and supports an I/O current of 24mA. Packaged in a 24-terminal TSSOP with a 4.4mm width and 7.8mm length, it operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
