This CMOS logic IC offers a propagation delay of 9ns at nominal supply voltage and a maximum output current (Iol) of 24mA. Packaged in a 24-terminal, 0.150-inch wide QSOP-24 (PDSO24) with an industrial temperature grade, ranging from -40°C to 85°C.
