The G80SC-SM-501 is a low-cost, high-performance System on Chip (SoC) from GHI Electronics, based on the STM32F427VGT6 ARM Cortex-M4 core. It is part of the SurfaceMount Compute Modules (SCM) line and is designed to run managed code using the .NET Micro Framework (NETMF) or TinyCLR OS. The device features 1MB of internal Flash and 256KB of SRAM, and provides a wide range of peripheral support including USB host/client, Ethernet (via external PHY/SPI), and dual CAN interfaces.
