Automotive, dual-voltage detector with adjustable hysteresis, this multi-voltage supervisor monitors two voltage rails with a 3V threshold and 2% accuracy. Operating from 1.3V to 6V, it features a low 4µA operating supply current and a 3µA quiescent current. The SOT-23-6 package supports surface mounting and includes an active-low reset with a 5µs timeout. Rated for -40°C to 125°C, this lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
