20-terminal, dual-in-line ceramic package buffer/line driver with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, nominal 5V. Features a propagation delay of 5.1ns at nominal supply voltage and 50pF load capacitance. This MIL-STD-883 Class B screened component offers true output polarity and operates across a military temperature grade from -55°C to 125°C. Designed as an FCT family bus driver with two ports, each controlling four bits, and an enable low control type.
