Features a propagation delay of 7.5ns at nominal supply voltage and 50pF load capacitance. Housed in a 20-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP20, R-GDIP-T20) with a MILITARY temperature grade (-55°C to 125°C) and MIL-STD-883 Class B screening. Common control logic enables bidirectional data flow across two ports.
