10-bit inverted output bus driver, FCT family, featuring a 6.5ns propagation delay at nominal supply voltage. Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range, with a nominal 5V. This 24-terminal, dual in-line ceramic package (CDIP24, R-GDIP-T24) is rated for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C) and includes MIL-STD screening. Designed with one function and an active-low enable control.
