High-performance 6A DC/DC switching regulator with adjustable output voltage from 500mV to 18.06V. Features a wide input voltage range of 1V to 21V and a maximum switching frequency of 1.5MHz. This surface mountable, single-output positive voltage regulator is housed in a compact QFN EP package (4mm x 5mm x 0.95mm). Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it includes synchronous rectification for enhanced efficiency.
