High-speed differential operational amplifier with a 350MHz gain bandwidth product and 700MHz -3dB bandwidth. Features a 850V/µs slew rate and 100mA output current per channel. Operates with dual supply voltages from 2.375V to 5.5V or single supply from 4.75V to 11V. This surface mount SOIC package offers 65dB common mode rejection and 60dB power supply rejection. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
