General purpose current feedback amplifier IC featuring a 300MHz -3dB bandwidth and 2600V/µs slew rate. This single-channel, surface mount SOIC package offers a 120mA output current per channel and operates from dual supplies of 2.5V to 5V or a single supply of 5V to 10V. With a 1µA input bias current and 1mV input offset voltage, it provides 42dB common mode rejection and 55dB power supply rejection. The component is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
