Features low input offset voltage of 5µV, 250pA input bias current, and 65nV/√Hz input voltage noise density. Operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V supply range with a maximum dual supply voltage of 2.75V. Offers high CMRR of 125dB and PSRR of 138dB, with a 150dB voltage gain. This CMOS amplifier is surface mountable in a SC70-5 package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
