Single-channel, micro-power operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) operation. Achieves a 200kHz gain bandwidth product with a 420kHz -3dB bandwidth and 0.1V/µs slew rate. Boasts ultra-low input bias current of 1pA and low input offset voltage of 5µV. Operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.2V up to a maximum dual supply voltage of 2.75V, or a single supply from 2.4V to 5.5V. Housed in a compact SOT-23-6 surface mount package, this CMOS amplifier offers 98dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio.
