Operates from ±4.5V to ±20V dual supply or up to 40V single supply, with a low 2pA input bias current and 300µV input offset voltage. This surface mount SOIC package offers 100dB CMRR and 115dB PSRR, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
