Operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 2.25V up to a maximum dual supply voltage of 20V, or a minimum single supply of 4.5V up to a maximum of 40V. Housed in a surface-mount MSOP package, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
