Operates from a minimum dual supply of 825mV up to a maximum of 3V, or a single supply from 1.8V to 6V, consuming only 50µA. Offers low input bias current of 600pA and minimal input offset voltage of 6µV. Packaged in a DFN surface mount configuration, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
