Dual precision rail-to-rail input-output operational amplifiers featuring a 4.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 13MHz -3dB bandwidth. These general-purpose CMOS amplifiers offer a very low 1pA input bias current and 28nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density. Designed for surface mounting, they operate from a 2.4V to 5.5V supply with a typical operating supply current of 900uA. The devices provide 75mA output current per channel and exhibit 98dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
