
General purpose operational amplifier IC featuring a 1.2MHz bandwidth and 0.45V/µs slew rate. This quad-channel, rail-to-rail output amplifier offers a high common mode rejection ratio of 123dB and power supply rejection ratio of 128dB. It operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.5V up to a maximum dual supply voltage of 20V, with a maximum single supply voltage of 40V. The surface mount SOIC package contains four circuits, each capable of 30mA output current, and the device boasts a low input bias current of 13nA and input offset voltage of 25µV.
