Dual operational amplifier featuring a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth and 300V/µs slew rate. This unity-gain stable IC offers a 70MHz gain bandwidth product and operates with dual supply voltages from ±2.25V to ±15V, or a single supply from 4.5V to 30V. With a high common mode rejection ratio of 90dB and power supply rejection ratio of 100dB, it provides excellent signal integrity. The surface mount SOIC package, measuring 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm, is suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
