Operates from a 2.3V to 6.5V input, with a minimum current limit of 320mA per output. Packaged in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.9mm DFN surface-mount case. Offers 64dB PSRR and a quiescent current of 47µA, suitable for automotive applications.
