Tputty 508 is a single part, ceramic filled, silicone-based liquid gap filler that is used to fill gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks. It is a dispensable material designed for applications where high thermal conductivity and low compression stress are required. It features a thermal conductivity of 3.7 W/mK and maintains stability across a wide temperature range.
