The Tflex HD90000 is a high-performance silicone-based thermal gap filler featuring 7.5 W/mK thermal conductivity. It is designed to combine low compression force with high thermal conductivity, providing low thermal resistance while minimizing stress on components. The material is grey in color and tacky on both sides to aid in assembly.
