The SP3420-04UTG is a four-channel ultra-low capacitance TVS diode array designed to protect high-speed data interfaces such as USB 3.1, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and e-SATA from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning-induced surge currents. It features a typical capacitance of 0.32pF to ensure signal integrity and can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±12kV (contact) and ±15kV (air) according to IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The device can also dissipate 6A of 8/20µs surge current with a low typical clamping voltage of 4V. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and housed in a compact uDFN-10 surface-mount package.
