Unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with 1.5kW peak pulse power and 144.8A peak pulse current. Features a 5.8V reverse standoff voltage, 6.45V minimum breakdown voltage, and 10.5V clamping voltage. This silicon diode is housed in a DO-201 package with axial termination, suitable for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free.
